very good customer service !! Went in there to get a new iPhone and chad was very helpful and cared enough to sit there for a couple hours !! Stacey was also very helpful had an issue getting in my account at first but she was right on it!!!

Terrible customer service. The employees refused to help me or answer my questions. They literally told me to go to Verizon and walked away to go smoke instead of helping me. I think they just didn't know the answer because I was able to Google it later, and all I needed to to was go to a website and enter my information. I went into their store to buy a new phone and upgrade our plans, instead I'm transferring to a new carrier and will never give this company another dime
